Northern Ireland House Price Index

The Northern Ireland House Price Index is designed to provide a measure of change in the price of a residential property sold in Northern Ireland.

The report is updated quarterly and contains information on the average property price, the index value and the number of sales between Q1 2005 and the most recent quarter.
